Colgate ticket office

Anyone get tickets from the colgate ticket office?

We've tried calling 2x and the women won't sell the "plenty" of tickets remaining over the phone.  And she's not happy with the phone calls.

Can anyone suggest something? We don't want to drive there and then not get tickets?

Yeah, I just tried calling too, the ticket lady was really nasty ::flipa::
I'd just get there early, it shouldn't be a problem.
