USCHO is reporting that an amendment to the DIII legislation was passed this morning that allows the grandfathered schools to continue to offer scholarships.  The amended legislation (Proposal 65) was then passed, which means that the crisis has been averted.

Great news for the affected schools, the ECAC, WCHA and all of college hockey.
