It's 30 games.  It was 29 + at most 2 exhibition games and the rule change was going to 30 games + at most 1 exhibition game. 

So that's on me for not knowing or remembering that this changed last year.

It was not "really dumb."  It was the rules.  The blowhard knows nothing; ignore it long enough and it will ooze back to whatever Incel site it seeped from.

Perhaps if we hit a few more Russian warehouses it will cease to exist altogether.

Really don't think the above was called for, Greg. This season has been off to a good and cordial start. While I agree that the decision was not "really dumb", and we can disagree with that assessment in light of the fact that it was, in fact, the rules, (which I'm guessing BearLover, like me, was not aware of) I don't think it warranted your response. Can't we all just get along?
