If you read the page about signing up for season ticket interest on the website it explicitly states that it's not for student tickets.

Right. That's interest. Not necessarily renewal. The email I got says renewal begins April 27 - so I'm asking if anyone's done it yet and how that process was. I'm pretty sure I need to wait until September, but I don't want to screw up, lol.

Haven't been around here for a few days, so responding late, but yes--I renewed my season tickets on April 27. Cornell sent another reminder, with a link to renew.

I know they had difficulty finding exactly where they needed to click on but found it after several attempts

You could also call/email the ticket office and clarify if you can still renew. Might even be able to do it over the phone.

Terrifying prospect. I think y'all are right and that I've gotta wait it out until September, like last year, because that's when student ticket sales open.
