...worse than the one at the very beginning of last year where she let in that floater from the blue line?
I didn't see that one, but it sounds very similar to this one.

Pretty sure it was my first women's game at Lynah. Possibly the Union one from last year, the third goal that isn't on the highlights. I remember watching that goal and going "oh, brother..." and bracing for a crappy season.

Very solid response in today's second game at Vermont after yesterday's, in which they found themselves pretty gassed and unable to generate a comeback in the 3rd period. It would seem like they've had trouble this year with games coming off of long bus trips, but show their quality with adequate energy in the tank. 5-1 final score.

As per the stats sites (feeling sick so didn't venture out tonight) we're losing to Quinnipiac 3-zip.

Cornell was up 1-0 against Princeton after one period, but then gives up two quick goals and now trails 2-1 late in the second period.

Didn't get to watch today's game against Princeton. Our poor results against good opposition continues with a 2-3 loss at home to Princeton. However, we had a near 2-1 advantage in shots on goal, which is a sign that things are starting to turn around from a process standpoint. Still a tough way to close out the fall half of the season with these two home losses to Q and P. The break will be helpful to try to regroup and figure out how to put the pieces together to play winning two-way hockey.

Derraugh is still mixing the forward lines, and I did not expect to see Avar, Fleming and McDavid on a line. Thought Cornell played decent for the most part; just unfortunate that a 5-minute lapse in the second period was the difference. Defense needs to do a better job of keeping the front of the net clear.
