Starting a new thread for this topic. As mentioned in the general lacrosse thread, Cornell's recruiting for 2025 looks solid, but 2026 is lacking at the moment.

Here is Cornell's recruiting ranking on Inside Lacrosse as far back as I can find data. In general Buczek is recruiting a bit worse than his predecessor (with all the usual caveats).

2019–6th
2020–4th
2021–20th (this was during the pandemic and we only brought in four recruits; they were each 4* though, so really not a bad class)
2022–9th
2023–3rd
2024–13th
2025–7th
2026–23rd

If you do things right, a recruit who is a 3 star will go all the way to 11 by his junior and senior years.

But now imagine doing things right, except that recruit is a 5 star. That's how you get a Jeff Teat or a CJ Kirst.
