Cornell went for 2. It was open but Jameson threw it too far in front of the receive in the back of the end zone.

WOW Fake handoff to Pope completely fools the defender - who blows up Pope - and Wang runs up the middle for 14 and the score.

Cornell goes for 2 with a trick play. Wang pitch to WR Doryn Smith who throws to a wide open Woodring in the back of the end zone but ... not a good pass. Still, Cornell up 19-14 with a little over a minute left in the third quarter.

Dartmouth accidentally fields the kickoff with a knee down at the 15, and the D swarms the RB for a loss of 3 on first down. Keep it up...

Cornell is playing great defense today. Yes, they've missed some tackles, but they are holding up well against the Dartmouth attack.

Incredible cluch defensive drive. Stop for a loss of 3, near-pick, short run on 3d and 13. Third quarter ends with the Red up 19-14 and Dartmouth seemingly letting the clock run out when they are going to have to punt out of the end zone and. I think?, into the wind.

Agree. Totally revamped base run D that is closing gaps. Very different issue than open field tackling.

I hope we've found something in the run game against Dartmouth. Both the veer option and the backfield run option have had some success.

Bad snap on the punt we came so close to it and somehow the punter ripped one with a good bounce that crossed midfield. Wang with a keeper gets the first on third and long but we're in Dartmouth territory again.

Beautiful play by Jameson. RPO, looked like he might run, but stopped at the LoS and tossed a strike to the receiver at the goal line.

Awesome play!

Some great running from Tucker and Pope get the red into the red zone before some scrambling from Wang gives him time to hit Musungu in the end zone and Cornell is up 26-14 with 10 minutes to go. That was a very nice touch pass away from the direction he was rolling.

I remember Cornell playing a 3-4. Did they change to a 4-3?

Cornell interception at the Dartmouth 34, and a good running play for 10 yards to start. A good line push after that.

Any score here will make it really tough for the Big Green.

mike1960

I would absolutely kick a field goal here. Go up 15.

Dartmouth QB lost the ball before his arm went forward on the pass, fumbled, and taken to the house by Cornell!

36-14 Cornell, 5:41 to go.
