It's official, he's leaving Cornell to be the head coach at Michigan Tech. Check out the front page of USCHO; it's breaking news.

Congrats to him; personally, I think that's terrific....

I don't know how you saw this so fast.  I literally posted it on USCHO, came over here, and then posted the news on ELF ... and in that span, you posted yours.  Does your PC have a buzzer that goes off every time USCHO is updated :-)

It does seem odd, doesn't it? :-P  I guess I just opened up my internet (USCHO is my home page) 2 or 3 seconds after it was posted. Quite lucky, I suppose!

And, IS there a way to be buzzed every time there's an update?  ::nut::
