NoDak announcer thinks it made contact with shoulder but I don't see that.  Their announcers have been very fair though.

I think initial contact with the shoulder plus a follow-through elbow to the head should still be five.

interesting that a marginal trip last night earns 5 but a blantant high shot gets 2.. not even sure thats a real penalty to call.. roughing elbowing perhaps  but i accidentally hit him in the head?
