Do we?  We normally cheer former Cornellians who've ended up with other teams (e.g., Casey Jones), and I know in Bern the only opposing players who got cheers were former SCB guys.  I realize a guy transferring in the middle of college is unusual, but this seems like a pretty benign situation (as opposed to that Yale guy who went back to UNH), and I don't see why we should treat someone who was once one of our own with hostility.

OTOH, I think "We Want Gartman" either in the Minnesota-Michigan game or if we light up Montoya (please please please), would be great.

Yeah.. I was wondering that too.. As a faithful, I just can't get myself to cheer against a former Big Red. Even if there was a rift.

I agree.  Why the heck would we taunt him?

There are more important people to harass.

We want the Big Red Bear to beat up on Wildcats and Gophers or Wolverines.  And speaking of the Bear.  Do you think the Skating Bear will bring his female partner?  It is the end of the season, after all and a short trip to Buffalo.
"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

We want Gartman!  That's definitely the one to use....

I dunno. Maybe I'm in the minority but I think a lot of the possibilities posted here were clever and funny and I would have no problem hearing them and cheering along. Maybe I'm just a jerk but I kinda see Gartman as a traitor. There are a handful of guys that have been riding the bench for years and still talk about supporting the team. Are they disaapointed they aren't playing? Sure, but they have stuck it out and still adhere to the team philosophy. I know Gartman isn't a horrible person and I understand why he left. I even feel bad that things haven't faired any better for him with Michigan. All that said tho, he ultimately made the decision to leave and must have known that he risked the chance of coming against the Lynah faithful. Thus, in my personal persepctive everything is fair game.

Well, the way I see it, Gartman seems to view beating Cornell as something extra special.

If he is out for vengeance, then I don't see why we shouldn't show him the wrath of the faithful.

Of course, this is just my opinion.

I do think that the "We Want Gartman" cheer can be used either to taunt or support Chris, so maybe that is the default cheer.

It may be a short trip to Buffalo, but according to the championships handbook, the NCAA limits teams to one mascot - at least, one mascot to be admitted under credentials. Theoretically, a team might be able to bring another if (s)he were to pay his/her way in, but I can't see Cornell sanctioning that.

The NCAA regs also allow for cheerleaders.  How about one cheerleader with a bearskin cheerleading uniform?
