Hotel booked.  Radisson, two blocks from arena.  Family of 5, including first hockey game for 6-month old (other than her brother's).

Jim Hyla

Probably by myself.

I may also go to the East Regional games. Anyone else interested in trying to see both?

Really wish I could make it, considering Manchester was my second favorite place to live (Ithaca is obviously the first). If anyone wants recommendations for good restaurants/bars, let me know. My favorite bars include Strange Brew and Murphy's Taproom, both on/near Elm Street. Murphy's has lots of stuff on tap but the food isn't as good and is closer to the rink, but Strange Brew also has a great selection and better food.

If you're looking for something quick, I highly recommend The Gyro Spot. A friend of mine owns the place. Make sure you get your Gyro with G sauce AND Kopanisti (spicy feta spread).

Cornell ticket office says their tickets are being overnighted. They can't sell till they get them, but expect by noon tomorrow. They think they'll have them up online. However they don't even know what section(s) they will be getting. I didn't ask how many they'll get.

I just got off phone with Cornell ticket office. They expect to have tickets for sale online at 12 noon today, and in person by tomorrow at 12 noon. However, they will only be selling tickets for both sessions. If you just want to buy a single-session ticket, you need to do so through Ticketmaster. I was also told that it looks like the main Cornell seating section is 107.

When I went to buy, they are selling sec. 122.

Here's seating chart.

jim is correct; they're section 122.  they'll overnight them to you (not expected to even receive them in ithaca til tues) or hold them at will-call in manchester.  $80 for presumably both days of games
