That game was amazing. What a forecheck.

It's like we're BETTER in Olympic ice. Just incredible- the anti Cornell, in terms of offense, but the same D as ever.

Good game by Coon.

...according to the recap on Union's website.

Being at the arena with my 2 kids was a great experience.  Exceptional performance by the Big Red, clinching a deserved spot in the NCAA's. Hope they play just as loose and confident tomorrow!

Clarkson & Union are very different teams. You contain Foo & Veccione, all you have to do is beat Snuffleupagus.  (thanks to section 9 for finally starting that chant).

Watching the first period was amazing. Then scoring in the second when we weren't as dominant was happiness. But the third started to remind me of the third with Clarkson. We looked like we were happy to just throw the puck out of our defensive zone. God, what a difference when we got the third goal. Whew

I have to think that we're big underdogs against Harvard. They look so strong. But at least we get to play, which 10 others can't say.

I don't care what Adam says, I want to win tonight.

take what you cant get.. you can win the ECAC tonight..  you have to win 4 more to with the NCAA and might not get past the first game..

if we get up to 7 in the PWR and possibly 8 eastern teams in the tourney there is a decent shot at staying east , not sure its a better shot than finishing 10-11th in pwr.  if he feels its better to lose then show us some brackets.

Ha ha - I wouldn't root against it - it's just not fun thinking about the potential NCAA Region of Doom

I would take beating Harvard tonight, for the ECAC Championship, over any NCAA tourney success, short of winning it all. This is Harvard! For the Championship! Just win!

Yes, this. Flags fly forever. Let's force Lake Placid to add another row to our "jersey" banner.

How was the Lake Placid crowd? Certainly looked fuller on tv than the Joe for the Big 10 tournament.

Crowd in the evening was good, not great.  I'd estimate 60+% full.  Seemed like few Union fans until they scored. They roared for a bit and then went back into their funk.

Sounded like they didn't have a lot to cheer about. :D
