Tomorrow night will tell a lot about this team.  The Colgate fans on USCHO are raving about Yale's skill and speed, and we know what a challenge that presents to us.  It's a testament to Schafer and the coaching staff that we've managed to stay at the top of the standings with a number of talented teams nipping at our heels.

We're going to need Scrivens to have his "A" game tomorrow, as I think our biggest edge should be in net.  Special teams will be absolutely huge, as usual.

If you want to run with the idea, retitle the thread "Yale Pregame".

I agree. Tomorrow is a gut check for the team and a litmus test for how the rest of the season will play. Does anybody still have nightmares from Albany last year when Yale seemed to beat us on the same tic-tac-toe play for every goal of theirs?

I'll be at Lynah tomorrow for my first hockey game in Ithaca in five years. Can't wait. I'll be the one starting the 'blue blood' chants.

After that graphic in the Daily Sun today detailed that Cornell's giving up twice as many goals on Saturdays as it is on Fridays -- I'm not looking forward to the Yale game as much as I was a few weeks back. Scrivens is suddenly off his game and the top scoring team is coming into town. I'm cutting off the coffee at noon...but I'll take a double shot of Let's Go Red...

If my math is correct, tonight is also the de facto Ivy Title match.

Yale wins and they get the title. Cornell wins and we still need a sweep against H and D to ensure a piece of the title.
