Yep, like "the Ralph."

And I don't know if his exhaustive search for tickets started and ended with StubHub, but I just Googled "Cornell hockey tickets" and ELF was the first match, so...

One thing everyone can agree upon: the War Memorial at OnCenter in Syracuse is by far the worst arena ever.

I do like the use of "tyme".  I don't really see how "even the $31.95 total that I paid was worth every penny in my opinion, as a game at Lynah is a must-see for all avid hockey fans" translates to a value rating of 6/10.

Reading his mention of the fans waving newspapers during the introductions reminds me that the current issue of Sports Illustrated has a feature story on the Northern Iowa men's basketball team, and in one photo, the Northern Iowa fans are standing and holding newspapers in front of their faces. They're not shaking them, though.

"Seating 2/10"

I don't know what he is talking about here.  The seats are perfectly adequate for taking a break during intermissions.  :-)

Seriously, I much prefer the intimate atmosphere and ability to crowd more people in with the bleacher seating.  I would hate to see this changed.

CowbellGuy

If you could somehow warp space to fit the same number of people in the existing space, but providing a human-sized allocation for each seat, I'd be happier with that.

Lynah Seats are fine if you are 5' 8" or shorter and weigh 150 lb. or less.

Do you have any idea what it is like to be 6' 3" and slightly overweight and try to cram into into your space on the bleacher when the people infront and behind you are the same size.

I'll agree to the 150 or less part, since I have been at Lynah both over and under that weight. I would disagree with the 5'8" part. I'm 5'6" and when I sit down, I'm still kicking someone in the back.

I like my Ale straight up, but I can understand why those from the NC might go for that.::drunk::

How can you tell they're not shaking them if it's a still photo?  :-}
