Looks fairly clean on the replay.  Maybe a little high.

The replay seems to show that the hit was intentional.  An elbow to the head is how it appears.

based on the replay: it was open ice, and the dartmouth player is a lot bigger than jillson. the radio guy called it an elbow, but i disagree. clean, hard hit. you have to keep your head up
