Sites won't be announced until December, but apparently the five expected applicants are Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia, DC, and the Meadowlands.

Seems like no really bad choices in the bunch.  FedEx field is the oldest and that's just 11 years old; there'll be a brand new stadium at the Meadowlands by the time the 2011 and 2012 FFs roll around.

This is so quaint and old-fashioned: Rather than post the link (or say read-my-blog), nothing else, and make you navigate the whole insidelacrosse.com post, Al parses the most important information and puts it in his post.

Thank you Bill for saying something I have wanted to say, but couldn't find a way to say it without someone getting their nose out of joint.

But why are you so surprised? We all know Al is quaint and old...:-D

Seriously, I totally agree. Sometimes old fashioned gets the point across better; but then I'm also old, ?quaint.
