Redcast isn't perfect, but the Tech support staff does acknowledge your emails. At least it isn't my tecnical ineptitude.

"Hello Fred,

Unfortunately, Cornell is experiencing some technical difficulties streaming tonight's event. They are in the process of sorting this out. We will let you know as soon as the audio is up and running. I apologize for your inconvenience.

I just reconnected through WMP on another computer without a hitch. Maybe the server just likes my FiOS connection?

The announcer just likened the lacrosse game to hockey. Do they even have ice down there?

I have given up. Quicktime works for about 30 seconds and then resets back to the beginning. Redcast audio is still out (and they have a note to that effect in the "live events" menu).

As they should. This whole event, from the field to the broadcast, is being brought to us by Highland Park High School in Dallas -- one of the few big prep programs in Texas. A bunch of their grads are on the Denver roster. Home cookin' to be expected.
