That inspired me to google Kevin Boothe. His wiki includes this factoid:

Quote from: WikipediaThe Ivy League is currently the only conference in NCAA Division I's football championship subdivision (READ: I-AA) to have at least one NFL player from each of its schools.

Off the top of my head I can think of Sean Morey (Brown), Matt Birk, Isaiah Kaczyvenski and John Fitzsomething Ryan Fitzpatrick (Harvard) and Eric Johnson (Yale).

But I can't think of Dartmouth, Columbia or Princeton. Jay Fiedler and Marcellus Wiley aren't in the NFL anymore, are they? And Keith Elias is long gon

Zach DeOssie of the Giants also went to Brown.  See, add a couple Ivy Leaguers to your special teams and bench, and you go to the Super Bowl!  That's the new formula.

In addition to DeOssie (as mentioned by BCrespi), Tennessee tight end Casey Cramer (Dartmouth) and Denver safety Steve Cargile (Columbia) round out the group.

My quick scan through the rosters gives me:

QuoteBrown - Zak DeOssie, LB; Sean Morey, WR

Cornell - Kevin Boothe, OG

Columbia - Steve Cargile, S

Dartmouth - Casey Cramer, TE

Harvard - Clifton Dawson, RB; Matt Birk, C; Isaiah Kaczyvenski, LB; Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB

Penn - Jim Finn, FB

Princeton - Dennis Norman, C; Jon Dekker, TE; Zak Keasey, RB

Yale - Nate Lawrie, TE; Eric Johnson, TE

One point for Wikipedia - though I didn't check to see if there was another I-AA conference with all schools represented.

Are you saying that it's not 1983? You must be mistaken!

On second thought, I haven't seen any Pat Benatar or Don Johnson lookalikes in years, so you must be right. I wonder, though, what happened to the last 25 years? Damn and yikes (I just noticed that I have gray hair [My apologies to Rita])!

Pretty funny. Kevin has actually made it his Facebook photo.

So would Boothe be the only Cornellian to play on a Super Bowl winning team?

Nope, Derrick Harmon played for the 49ers in SB XIX.

Extending Cornellian to faculty and staff, George Seifert has five (?) Super Bowl titles with SF, two as head coach.

Interesting note:
Zach Deossie of Brown fame and his father Steve now become the first father-son to win the Super Bowls with the same franchise. The only previous father-son pair with rings is the Griese's (Bob with Miami, Brian with Denver).

Caught sight of him on the sidelines several times during the game.
