Someone else do a complaint about the sound, they tend to respond pretty quickly so hopefully it'll get fixed.

I did.  They responded the same way; I replied, asking if someone at the Cornell end had been notified of the problem and if anybody is working on it.

FWIW, I got very poor performance (5-10 seconds, followed by pause, followed by 5-10 seconds, etc.) with VLC under Linux.  In Windows Media Player 11, the video and audio are both fine.  YMMV.
