Foote eligible next year?

I'm just wondering when Jeff Foote is going to be eligible to play here.  He's still listed on the Bonnies roster and not on ours.  Robinson, on the other hand, is on our roster.  Does Foote need to sit out next year, or will he be eligible?

Foote is eligible after the 1st semester final exams-- so he will play in our late December games and all Ivy games.

He is eligible for 2.5 seasons.  I think it is just an oversight by the Cornell SID not adding him to the roster.  He is in the media guide/prospectus that the program releases in PDF format for each game.
