process to get lynah east tickets for harvard students?

So we ended up with 12 tickets this year for Lynah East...and apparently that is not enough.  Anyone know how Harvard gives out tickets for their students?  my gf + her friend both goto Harvard, so figured it would be easiest for them to get hockey tickets, and then give theirs to my friends

I asked a month or two ago to their ticket office, and was told it was either going to be first come first serve at the gate, or they would make an announcement in the crimson the week before on how to get tickets.  Anyone hear yet?  Gf isnt very fond of waiting outside anywhere for tickets, so guess I will need to do the legwork since its my friends who need tickets.
