If you click on Video/Audio on the Cornell main hockey page (under Multimedia), does a window come up that gives you a "sign up" option?

Best bet is to start a new account with a different email address than last year. Go to this link

and click on the Wayne State game (listed as last event, RPI is current event). You will get the CSTV window and in the upper right corner are 2 buttons, one for sign-up, one for sign-in.

CSTV sent people new passwords in the fall, but I couldn't get mine to work. I just got a yahoo.com account and used that.

for us we got the free trial of xxl for 14 days then it asked us to sign up again and only charged the cornell amount

I've given up tryig to do it online.  The player is fond of telling me I do not have access to the content but not showing me where to pay for the content.

I will stay on hold and see if anyone ever picks up the phone.
