The World Series is a non-issue because the series is played in both parks. Unless you want to claim that the way home field advantage is chosen isn't fair, and while right now it's kinda stupid, it's hard to say it's unfair, essentially a flip of a coin.

The All-Star game is a non-issue because it's essentially meaningless, except for the aforementioned issue.
