So they are temporarily serving non-Cornell ice cream on campus because of an equipment problem at the Cornell dairy (since repaired), but how much ice cream are students going through on a daily basis? I feel like I rarely had it when I was a student!

(I happened to be in town last week and got some Cornell ice cream at the Dairy Bar, so guess I got lucky!)

I visited this winter (for the Harvard/Dartmouth games) with my son -- we ate at the dining hall in Toni Morrison Hall. There's a dessert bar with cookies and an ice cream sundae station. No more soda in dining halls but it looks like they blow through a lot of ice cream.
