All backups now. My impression is that last year the starters stayed in even when the game was out of reach.
Nice to see the backups doing well today.

Agreed.

I don't see the need to include the first seven rows of the stands.  It's not like it's crowd shots adding atmosphere.   I'm happy to be able to see the game at all, though.  Princeton and Yale have the best camera work.  Harvard is too low to the field, Penn and Dartmouth also too long distant, Brown is ok, but that play by play guy  ::)
"Yo Paulie - I don't see no crowd gathering 'round you neither."

Watched the highlights and obviously it's just goals but Hobart's goalie looked like he wasn't even in the way as Cornell was taking shots from distance when the goalie was staring the shooter down without hesitation.

The goalie play was not Hobart's strength on defense. They did a good job with their 10 man ride, and since that was a problem for us, I expect other coaches will see that and give us a heavy dose going forward. Tom LaFalce said that the team might not have had a lot of time to practice the clearing game, so I'm sure they'll work on it.

Our problem on defense is that we lose our assignments sometimes and allow free cutters and shooters in front of the goal. That's been an issue for us this year. Otherwise, our defense looks like they are playing together well and hustling hard on the slides and recoveries. Richmond will be the real test though.

Our offense is coming around. I'd like to see more of the freshman Rowyn Nurry as the third attack. He already has good numbers and I expect will be a future superstar. It was fun seeing Box the Younger on the field, following in his brother's footsteps.
