Individual game tickets

Does anyone know why individual game tickets are not being sold at this time except for exhibition games this weekend?
Is there an announced date for sales or are they going to sell them a few days prior to each game. Rather lousy policy if one is
trying to plan in advance for a trip to Ithaca.

I think they try to keep the season packages inviolate for as long as possible.  With the first real game that's no longer an option so they then go to singles.

Seems reasonable to me.
