Last April, Yale's 4-0 victory over Quinnipiac in the N.C.A.A. championship game on ESPN averaged 400,000 viewers. Last season the NBC Sports Network, which shows Hockey East and ECAC games, averaged 68,000 viewers for its 27 telecasts, with a high of 150,000 for Harvard-Cornell on Nov. 16."

In recent years Harvard has done a good job in recruiting. The problem is that he can never get them to perform well on the ice. There is recruiting and there is coaching. Some coaches can do both, some can't do either, some can do one or another.  I put Donato in the latter category.
