Nail-biter. Sounds as if Princeton made mistakes the last mins while Witt and Wittman finally got going late in the game.

yeah we made the necessary free throws at the end and pulled this game out after a weak offensive effort with poor 3 pt shooting and turnovers
still in control of our destiny

Harvard up by only 3 at the half to Brown and Penn losing by 7 to Columbia at the half, would be great to see Harvard, Penn lose

edit: and Harvard wins, Penn loses

it would be great if Penn could knock off Princeton on Tuesday

I'm going to assume you meant "Dale and Wittman" or "Foote and Wittman"...

Or you meant "Adam Foote", the Cornell center that the Princeton broadcast team kept referring to. I wonder if there was a mistake in the media guide.

(It was Dale and Wittman hitting the free throws down the stretch.)

Tense defensive struggle. I thought Cornell played the better team defense; Princeton (granted, partially by design) was continuously forced by the shot clock into poor and rushed shot selection. While Princeton also played excellent team defense, I thought we had our fair share of open looks at times, as well as good dribble penetration, but just weren't hitting shots. (I never would have guessed that we shot 46% from the field). Our seats were far away, but it also looked like we got a slight whistle advantage on some close out-of-bounds calls.

Tremendous credit to Foote (a couple of key baskets in the post), Wittman (huge 3 and free throws), and Dale (free throws) down the stretch. Senior leadership coming through.

Yeah they shot 46% with Dale shooting 1 for 7 from the field, these last two games he has taken many more shots that usual
The problem was they shot 25%, 2-8 from the 3 which I would guess is their lowest percentage all year considering they average 10 made 3's in a game

It was also good to see Tyler seems to be getting that 10-15ft shot back that he has struggled with all year because of injury
