* One of the most improved players this year is Cornell junior Ryan O'Byrne. Cornell fans would tear their hair watching him at times in the past, especially after his miscue was largely responsible for Minnesota's game-winning OT goal in the West Region final last year. But the highly-touted Montreal draft pick has been stellar this season, on both ends of the ice. He's second on the team with four PPGs.

He's been the team's best player by a pretty good margin this season.  When Gleed and Glover were hurt, he was playing 30+ minutes every night and was really carrying the team on his back.

I couldn't agree more!!    As one of his biggest detractors, especially after that infamous play in Minnesota last April, I have to say that it's been a joy to watch his development.

Boy did O'byrne get rocked!  I noticed he skated off early in OT, does anybody know if it is because of that hit or something that happened later.

He didn't set foot on the ice after the hit.  He took off his helmet and Ed Kelly kept talking with him until he skated off to the locker room.

Thanks, I can't see the bench from my seats.
