There is a working audio feed through Cornell's All-Access

Does this mean we will get working audio of men's hockey too??[/q]

Fixed your post.

35-27 Cuse at the half. SU finally started playing in the last few minutes.

By the way, if you're listening in the Ithaca area, use 100.3 FM. It's the Syracuse feed and it's hundreds of times better than Barry Leonard.

I think Barry does a fairly good job, especially considering he's flying solo.

My one pet peeve with him is when he is announcing a made basket, he doesn't say that someone has made a basket; rather, he says "Puts up a bank shot!" in a higher-pitched and louder voice.

Yeah, I didn't mean to knock Barry. He's fine, but these guys are just better. And it's not only made shots, it just sounds like he makes this nerve-inducing pause before every call while he figures it out. The real difference is that the Cuse guys are much faster, and it helps a lot when you listen.

I hear a band in the background. Is ours there? Maybe someone with a TV can help me out.

2nd half just started, 37-32 SU

Didn't know this was continuing, I started a Syracuse game thread.

Roadie to Cuse tomorrow.... I got 10 people going. I encourage other Cornell students to do the same. It's a long shot, but it would be the biggest B-Ball win in school history, and it's an hour away! Low risk, high reward.

C'mannnnnnnn faithful, show your support for the B-Ball team![/Q]
Your enthusiasm is admirable, and I hope a good-sized contingent of Cornell fans joins you in the trip.  But some might argue the January 16, 1965 win--on a last second Blaine Aston seventeen-footer--over Bill Bradley's Princeton team that went on to finish third in the NCAAs, was a bigger win than this one would be.[/q]
I don't remember much about the game except the climax, but Aston's final shot certainly sticks in mind!  I was there with a junior high school buddy whose father had a pair of coupon books.
