add CSTV to TWC!

as indicated on USCHO, the new college sports tv network will cover a variety of pretty good hockey match ups this year (http://www.uscollegehockey.com/news/2003/09/23_006879.php).  of course, the network isn't on time warner cable, not even to add on for $.

the CSTV (http://www.cstv.com) website suggests contacting time warner, and even provides an instant email option to alert Time warner to your interests.

maybe if enough people pressure twc, they might add it?
