Here's the seasonal survey from The Ithaca Voice of current Cornell construction projects.  

There was a longer story on Duffield/Phillips Hall from yesterday.  

When completed, the entire complex would be called Duffield Hall, and Phillips Hall would cease to exist as a distinct entity.

Friends who lived in Balch are still annoyed the dorms are being changed from two singles with a connecting sink area to doubles. And now work is behind schedule so half the building will not reopen until 2025.
