Does Anybody Know How Ticket Sales are Going?

As I understood it from earlier posts and from them, they are a bit behind the times in terms of computing power.  So they write down orders and fill them as they can.  I think also that they are trying to account for seats sent out to schools that get returned to them.

Those who know their seat assignment are people who have contacted the office twice.  Once to request their seat, then again to find out where that seat was.

I am not worried about whether or not I got my seats.  I would assume that if there were a problem they (a) wouldn't have charged my credit card (I looked to be sure that the authorization was there) and (b) would also have called me (they did ask for my work number).

Certainly far from a perfect process.

i called back today (judy and i ordered on tuesday) to inquire about our ticket request. we definitely have seats. however the tix were sealed in an envelope and the guy didn't have access to a computer terminal so he couldn't tell me where they were. my biggest concern was just that the order was filled tho - and it was. hope that helps. :-)

Yes, I called today and was told my seats Sec. 118 Row GG. They also said there will be tables set up to accommodate the will call rush Sat. AM. I didn't ask how they will work, although I would think they would set them up alphabetically.

Oh, don't worry about ticket location.  We will all squeeze in, especially if the place isn't sold out, and I doubt it will.  So, don't agonize, find the Cornell section and squeeze in nearby.
