New recruit for 2011, as reported on BRP.

A nice pickup, Another big forward who can score. Had almost exactly the same line as Madison Dias, and now leads the Grizzlies in scoring (though Dias leads them in goals scored). Will probably end up pushing another younger commit to 2012 instead of 2011.

Looks like he has a younger brother playing in the WHL, and he was drafted by the Red Deer Rebels. His dad's currently an assistant coach with the Calgary Flames.

Joel Lowry is having a great season thus far for the Victoria Grizzlies of the BCHL.
He's at 23 games, 14 goals, 25 assists, 39 pts., more than doubling his scoring pace from last year (44 pts. in 57 games).
