Elliot Olshansky (Dartmouth '05/ CSTV "Rink Rat") is pestering... err shadowing Quinnipiac this weekend. He rode the bus up with the team last night and will be blogging along the way.

A few notes and videos from yesterday have been posted. If you ever wanted to know what Reid Cashman likes on a sandwich, check it out:

"Mark Mazzoleni looks like a guy whose dog just died out there..."

After listening to Olshansky's interview with Bitz, I think I'll pass ::bang::

It'll be interesting to read his comments after tonight's game.

Well, Elliott didn't major in photography or English, based on the blog stuff he's posted. And, well, he's learned to say "well" at the start of sentences not "um." Well, he started another post with "Alright" [sic] so at least there's some variability.

[There must be a parallel woofing god truism that if you make fun of someone else's writing, you immediately make mistakes of your own. I need to be careful.]

Can the Faithful call an audible and adjust in real time the cheers to his presence:
"Quinnipiac, you suck. And Elliott's gonna blog it." [[Add: "The rose blooms" and I think you've got a haiku, at least for length.]]

"Yo, Elliott! Blog this: Q sucks. Harvard, too."
I'm sorry, you're supposed to say "stink."

Just one thought so as not to get tossed from Lynah: Do the ushers in your section know what "blog" means and that it's not a vulgarism like, say, "shag"? It is kind of a new word for some.

Huh.  Go figure - grilled chicken.  I would have figured him to be the kind of guy who liked a nice thick slab of Shutout on his sandwich.  ::rock::
