Some of the most enjoyable and entertaining Cornell sports talk I have ever heard took place on WHCU during the Ohio State and Rutgers NCAA lacrosse tournament weather delays in 2022.

I miss the pre- and post-game analysis that the football, basketball, and lacrosse radio broadcasts used to provide.  I will miss that if the radio broadcasts go away for hockey.

I have reached out to ESPN plus since the start time on their website says 1 PM.  I am waiting for the Chat Bot to respond.

PS:  The Bot has escalated the issue to be sure the streaming starts on time.

Heads up from experience.  Sports bars need a special license to show games on ESPN+.  Check before you go.

Scratch that.  Athletics website now says 11:30 AM.


ESPN+ says game starts at 11:30 AM.  Athletics website says 11 AM.  Does anyone know if the game is underway?

We missed the first 10 minutes of the basketball game today.

ESPN+ says game has not started, but radio broadcast is on.  Same thing happened during basketball game this afternoon.
