Take it from someone who has made the trip via 17 to CT about 100 times and never gotten a ticket while never going anywhere near 55 -- there aren't that many cops and as long as you are alert (having a good radar detector helps too), you'll be fine. Besides, the curves make it fun!

Going the way I suggested, I would routinely make it from Ithaca to Hartford in four hours flat, and I don't even drive that fast...;-)

Via 17, Ithaca to Hartford is 280 miles
VIa 81/380, Ithaca to Hartford is 297 miles

I would suggest 79 to 81 to 17 to 84 to 9 to 95. In good weather, going via 17 is faster than going straight down to 84 via 380. Rt 9 in CT is a good road (divided highway with a 65 mph limit for most of it) and it puts you onto 95 well east of the traffic nightmare that is New Haven.

The first CD took us almost exactly a year from when it was recorded in the fall of 1997 to when it was released. It was the same problem -- copyright stuff and recording studio issues. ::rolleyes:: So, the new one still has a good shot at beating that record...

Hockey / Need Two Tickets For Both BU Games
November 09, 2002, 09:11:57 PM
I'm looking for two tickets anywhere in the rink for the home games versus BU at the end of the month. I'll pay any reasonable price for them. Please email me at orelup@alumni.uchc.edu if you have any to spare...

Thanks,

Chris

Still looking for a Clarkson ticket, and one for SLU would be great too if anyone has them. The only downside to the high traffic of the new forum is that ticket pleas quickly fall into the void of page two...::rolleyes::

Thanks,

I need one ticket for the Clarkson game, anywhere in the rink, will pay any reasonable price.

Thanks,
