I totally thought of the '09 lax game. I feel like that game has prepared me well for late-game implosions by any team I am rooting for. Let's just hope US-GER doesn't turn out like OT of the '09 game.

Bryan Walters is going to the Superbowl! Joining Ed Marinaro, Derrick Harmon, and Kevin Boothe as only Cornell players ever to reach Superbowl.

Bryan Walters was called up from the practice squad to the 53-man roster for the Seattle Seahawks. So far he has only played a few special teams and late game situations. link

I went to get my line number yesterday at 1pm. The numbers for this years lottery seem to be down a lot. I went with a group and some of us fell into each of the four undergraduate blocks. Here are the number of student line numbers given out as of 1pm yesterday.

Block 1: 19 of 100
Block 2: 63 of 300
Block 3: 100ish? of 400
Block 4: 414 of 550 (each student in blocks 2 and 3 also get a block 4 number)

I am just curious if anyone knows where they are at as of today, and if they feel like it is even possible for them to sell out this year? I feel like the line hasn't been marketed well at all this year. I remember going my freshman year at the end of the week and getting number 1650ish? They aren't even a quarter of the way there as of yesterday.

I don't have it yet either.

Yeah, I mean it was mostly a remark that in the past 3 games we've gone for stretches in the second half of not scoring. In the Army case they caught up. In the Virginia case they pulled ahead and as expected against Canisius it just didn't matter. However, against Duke we can't afford to let up.

Cornell wins first home game 14-4 in very rainy conditions. Great first half going up 9-1. But, again we hit a scoring drought in the third. Hopefully we will play a full 60 in the Duke game.
