You should have been with us at the Crowne when we were waiting for the team after the game.
We cheered and congratulated every Union player as they returned. There were none of their
fans waiting for them.

Yes, it is 6.  I am at work right now and that is what they have on our computers.
But I had the same problem at home using either Firefox or IE and they are up to date.

Here are the award winners from last night's banquet:

The Wendell and Francella Earle Award for Outstanding Academic
Achievement - The award recipients are the team members from
each class who have achieved the highest cumulative grade point
average: Soph - Doug Krantz; Jun - Evan Salmela; Sen - Matt Moulson

The Greg Ratushny Award - Presented to the freshman player who
best exhibits enthusiasm for both the team and Cornell University;
camaraderie with his teammates and fellow students; and promise
for the future: Tyler Mugford

The Joe DeLibero-Stan Tsapsis Award - Presented to the player who
most nearly exemplifies the skilled efficiency, unselfish dedication,
and hard-nosed competitive applications that distinquishes him
as representative of Joe DeLivero's and Stan Tsapsis' uniqueness:
Jon Gleed

The Cornell Hockey Association Award - Presented to the player
whose contribution to the team is not apparent in the box scores.
His efforts are more clearly measured in enthusiasm, dedication,
desire, and unselfish willingness to give the team an extra ounce
of energy: Chris Abbott

The Sam Woodside Award - Presented to the senior player who has
most improved in overall playing ability and has exhibited team
leadership with his play during his career: Jon Gleed  

The Bill Doran Sportsmanship Award - Presented to the Cornell
player combining all of the best attributes that mean sportsmanship,
both on and off the ice, as well as being an excellent, competitive
player: Topher Scott

The Crimson Cup Award - (speaks for itself) - Presented to the
player who contibution to the team was outstanding during the
season series against Harvard: Topher Scott

The Ironman Award - Presented to the team member who, in spite
of being bruised, broken, spliced, or otherwise hurt, most
demonstrated the will and determination to overcome his injuries
and contribute to the team: Ryan O'Byrne

The Mark Weiss Memorial Award - Presented to the player who most
exemplified from his rookie year through his senior year the same
kind of determination and passion the outstanding young athlete,
Mark Weiss, had for life and the sport of hockey: Matt Moulson

The Nicky Bawlf Award - Presented to honor the most valuable
player, as determined by the vote of his teammates: Matt Moulson

David sent a letter that his father read, thanking everybody and
saying that he already missed Cornell. His father accepted his
framed jersey. The rest of the seniors all got their framed home
jersey and made speeches as usual. They even gave Raheem (student manager)
a framed jersey.

At the end Mike announced that the team had voted:
Captain: Byron Bitz
Assistant Captains: Ryan O'Byrne, Mitch Carefoot, Topher Scott

and he said that they are working on trying
