looking strictly at the point totals: It seems Harvard got penalized a bit for their weekend, where they lost and beat similar ranked teams. There is a very steep gradient between #10 and #6...about a 200 point difference. That's quite a fall for Minnesota. I wonder if they had held on to the Saturday tie (and still lost Sun) if they would've taken such a hit. All-in-all, I'd say thiby RichH - Hockey

The 2 things that bugged me most about the BC game (besides the general fact of getting beat on special teams play): 1) the 2nd BC goal. The exact same play occurred about 20 seconds prior to the goal. McKee made a shoulder save on the first one. That the defense would allow the same player to be in the same spot receiving the same pass and still be on his feet and that wide open for the onby RichH - Hockey

There was a good WSKG-produced documentary about the founding of Cornell University on tonight. While the film focused mainly on the biographies of Ezra Cornell and A.D. White, the end credits featured some neat video of hockey games on Beebe Lake. Those in the WSKG (Binghamton and Central NY) viewing area can catch a replay of the film later this week.by RichH - Hockey

I would've posted this in the radio-ad thread, but I had already decided ahead of time to start a new topic about it. 1) Why are the games on WHCU? I live right outside of Corning, NY, which is only about 50 miles SW of Ithaca. I can not listen to the games on the radio here.
