Re: Where are our Alumni Playing Now - 6 years ago
In a weird turn of events, Riley Nash's 15th goal (and 40th point) tonight came courtesy of an assist from Ryan Donato, who was making his NHL debut (and also scored earlier in the game). Unfortunately, Riley lost coverage of his man on a Columbus line change in OT, leading to Cam Atkinson scoring the game-winner for the Jackets.by sah67 - Hockey

Riley with a PPG in tonight’s 3-0 Boston win to get him to 39 points on the year. That’s good enough to be Boston’s sixth leading scorer at the moment.by sah67 - Hockey

upprdeck a kick that leads to a deflected goal still does not count.. or are the ncaa rules different than every other usa hockey rulebook? No one kicked anything. 1. The puck bounces off the end boards surprising Galadja. 2. The Princeton player smacks at it with a backhand but whiffs. 3. The puck bounces off the Princeton player's skate while he's whiffing. 4. The puck slides across thby sah67 - Hockey

redice marty Jeff Hopkins '82 JohnF81 When do we get Malott back? I think next week. You'll also notice that neither Smith nor Vanderlaan played in the 3rd period. Injury bug, indeed. Is this true? I noticed Vanderlaan playing after he was down on the ice, I think in the second. Was he really gone for the third? And if Smith is hurt again, uh-oh sqaured. Yes.. Riley Nash has been all over the ice for the Bruins in their last two games: 2 goals (including a shortie) and an assist in Wednesday's 5-1 win over Ottawa, and then another assist and several good chances to end it OT against Washington last night. The game was on Riley's stick as Boston's final chance in the shootout, but he failed to convert.by sah67 - Hockey

Dafatone LaJollaRed Someone at the game wanna explain why they didn't review that "goal" around 12 minutes into the 3rd? What happened there? Hard to tell on ILDN if it was even close. By my estimation, we got screwed. Schafer and the coaching staff must have seen more conclusively that it wasn't in, as they didn't look upset at all when play continued, nor did they ever try to getby sah67 - Hockey
