After skunking Columbia 38-0 and rolling past Hoftsra 24-13 last week, Cornell notched three additional dual meet wins.
Yesterday, the Big Red knocked of the Quakers (our only competition in the Ivies) 20-12. Today, Cornell pitched another shutout, this time against Princeton 47-0, and then followed up with a 23-12 win over Rider.
On a weekend where the hockey team had a tough time, the wrestling team showed why they are one of the top teams in the country.

Anybody else think Manotti stalls his way through matches way too often?

I can't say that I ever get to see the team. (I should pony up for All-Access, but I haven't.Jacob '06

The Columbia match at Friedman was on CSTV. I saw the repeat of it last week; not sure if they'll show it again.

I should have watched that but we won sooooo handily that I didn't make TiVoing it a priority. I did see the match against Michigan on ESPNU.CUlater 89ugarte

Quite an accomplishment to major-decision the 20th-ranked wrestler (from Penn) while stalling.Jacob '06

I didn't say he does it every match, but i've definitely seen him do it 4 or 5 times over the past few years. If he gets a 4-1 lead in the first he tends to sit on it.
