From a story in The News-Times of Danbury, CT:

"Future Cornell star Max Van Bourgondien tallied three goals and an assist for Lawrenceville and Bryan Hooper netted three goals."

Of course it's only fitting that his high school team's nickname is the Big Red!

Also good that Dan Farrand, Staff Writer for the Danbury News-Times knows enough to label him as a future "star" for CU. After all, other players were merely "Virginia recruits" or "Fairfield-bound." Either he thinks highly of Van Bourgondien, (or possibly lowly of the Big Red). Or maybe he wanted to jazz up his writing.

Van Bourgondien is a long name for the back of a jersey but it's still not as difficult for the seamstress as (Grant Francis) Goeckner-Zoeller (Princeton '07).

Ellis-Toddington (Clarkson '02) for the tie. Neither had a back large enough to see all the letters simultaneously.
