Men's 2009 Finalists
Abbott, Matt - Syracuse
Crotty, Ned - Duke
Glading, Danny - Virginia
Greer, Zack - Bryant
Seibald, Max - Cornell
Abbott: 4.5 ground balls per game among the best in the NCAA for players who don't take faceoffs
Crotty: NCAA-leading 2.81 assists per game; 3rd in NCAA with 4.06 points per game
Glading: Leads #1-overall seed UVA with 3.4 points per game
Greer: 2.8 goals per game would be tied for 4th in the NCAA if Bryant were eligible for rankings
Seibald: Among Cornell's top 3 in each of G/G, A/G, GB/G

As awesome as Seibald is, I almost feel a little bad for Glynn, whose offensive stats are pretty comparable plus also has the third-highest FO% in the NCAA.

Seibald peaked when he swiped that ball at midfield from Albany at the very end of the playoff game his sophomore (?) year. I bet that's what voters are thinking.

More accolades for Max.

Named USILA Outstanding DI Player of the Year. The 4th Cornellian to win this: French, McEneany, Goldstein, and Seibald.

Named USILA Outstanding Midfielder of the Year. Bob Hendrickson and Joe Boulukos were the 2 previous Cornellians to win this award.
