Is this usual? It's kind of nice, letting five Cornell soccer players sit in on the process that wound up hiring Syracuse assistant Jaro Zawislan.

The Cornell players know what is in store for them, as five members of the squad were selected to interview each candidate who advanced to the final round and help with the final choice.

From what I've heard, the players don't get much say in what happens. They just do it to make the players feel involved.
