lax dvds

It took awhile, but I finally got around to moving the Cornell-Princeton game and the Cornell-Albany game from my Tivo to my computer to burn them to dvds. The good news: a) I edited out the commercials and set up chapters (using the commercial break points) for somewhat easier viewing/navigating, b) I added to the Princeton disc the final moments of the Syracuse game. The not so good news: a) I haven't had a lot of practice with making dvds, so my results might be somewhat amateurish, b) I had to move the games from the Tivo to the computer by capturing the Tivo's analog output, so A/V quality is VCR level, not DVD, c) I had to cut out part of the 3rd quarter of the Albany game to fit it on one disc (no goals were cut), d) probably a bunch of other things I'm not thinking of.
I've burned two extras of each that I'm willing to mail to two people. Don't pay me anything. But in return, I ask that you offer to do the same for others who are interested in copies. So, the early recipients should have the ability and willingness to copy dvds. For those who get copies who can't or are not asked to forward copies, I suggest that they do what has been done for hockey game recordings in the past: send a donation to Cornell Athletics for $10 or so.
If you're interested, please respond to this thread and indicate whether you can make copies for forwarding. Then we can try to get copies into the hands of those who can duplicate them for others first (assuming people actually want these things).
