(fire) andy would TOTALLY have her thrown out!

that bottom left panel, that's definitely threatening behavior towards the athletes. UNACCEPTABLE!

That's 'cause the author is Canadian. She probably has actually been to a hockey game or two.

The hockey content is nice, but For Better or For Worse is rarely actually funny. If you want a comic that drops hockey in every now and then (college hockey, even - the main character has been drawn wearing a UMass hockey jersey), AND is amusing, I recommend Get Fuzzy.

Peanuts often had Snoopy and Woodstock on the ice. Doonesbury once featured a hockey sequence in "Just a French Major from the Bronx."

I liked Get Fuzzy better the first time around when it was called Bloom County.

FBOFW is actually like a soap opera, with some good storylines that do a good job looking at family life. It is one of my favorites along with "Get Fuzzy", especially when Satchel zings one past Bucky.

This one from 9/10/2005 (with hockey content) is one of my favorite "Get Fuzzy" strips.
