From Binghamton Press and Sun Bulletin:
[Q]After a split second, the cheer went up. The members of the Binghamton University men's soccer team took a moment to let it soak in -- to see their name on national television as part of the NCAA Tournament -- before starting to celebrate in the Events Center media room.
The Bearcats, champions of the America East Conference, will take on Harvard in the first round of the NCAA men's soccer tournament at 1 p.m. Saturday at Harvard. If they win, the Bearcats will travel across the country to take on eighth- seeded UCLA in a second-round game Nov. 15.[/Q]

Yeah. Aside from the pairwise implications, I don't like the idea of a winless (read: desperate) Harvard team coming into Lynah.

Can we make it just "Screw BU!"? As in, Binghamton University?

Seriously. I don't mind being out of practice to root on Harvard. In fact, I am just going to passively wait for the result and keep my fingers crossed. I'm practicing that today.Josh '99Screw that. Go Binghamton.jtwcornell91

I'll semi-actively root for Harvard in non-conference hockey games because it pretty clearly helps Cornell if Harvard beats BC. I can't think of any reason why a Harvard win in a playoff soccer game benefits Cornell. So go Bearcats.ugarteSeriously. I don't mind being out of practice to root on Harvard. Harvard comes from behind to beat Binghamton (boo!). Brown advances easily (indifferent).
