Why, yes, this is gratuitous plugging of my own stuff!
Think I am occassionally funny? Great! Watch this clip. Think I'm an asshole? This is unlikely to change many minds, but watch the clip anyway. I finally posted a clip from a show on my MySpace page. If Beeeej had plugged me on this board, I might be famous already. Alas, I had to resort to self-promotion.
Feedback welcome. Add requests are welcome. Distribution of this to many, many people is welcome.
Anyway, take a look.

You'll go blind doing that, you know.
Hey, if I plugged everything I liked on this board, we might need a fifth forum.

Agreed on both counts. I haven't been able to bring myself to make a Facebook site - or whatever new social network all the cool kids are on now.Ben Rocky 04

Pretty funny, but I found the side-to-side swaying really distracting. Of course, I'm going to feel like a total asshole if you have some kind of medical condition, but I assume it's just a nervous habit.

Awesome. A or A-minus material. You've got something there. The ending was good. Leno and Letterman work with a lot worse material each night.
Banshee is right. If you worked with a speech coach or delivery coach to iron out some presentation things, you'd be awesome. When you're up on stage, it's so hard not to be nervous. (TV is easier because you just freakin' freeze.)
I should talk, but you should consider: Either gain 50 or lose 15 pounds.

No medical condition. The swaying was the most depressing thing I learned about myself from that tape. I've cut it out (mostly) but I had no idea I was doing it until I saw it on tape. I suspect nobody ever said anything because the oscillating fan motion is less distracting in person - the larger field of vision and more conversational vibe of a live performance makes the swaying less distracting.Section A Banshee

That's my theory, anyway.

The former would be good for the career but moot all relationship material. The latter is too modest a goal. Thanks for softening the blow.billhoward

I never said anything because it was a lot less distracting than when you used to have sex with lemmings during your sets.
