It's unfortunate not seeing our beloved rink and atmosphere included on the list, but I suppose it's not too unexpected given the scale of the other "experiences" listed. They have a link for submitions at the bottom of the article. It may be worth the time of a few of our enthusiastic posters to recount their experiences. Anyway, it seems I'm excited for the season to start and can't wait to see the refreshed Lynah tonight.

I think this is entirely dependent on how you stress the sentence.BCrespi

For the best, I sent a response in right away - Lynah is the best for atmosphere and fans!

The Air Canada Centre???? The entire lower bowl is filled with silent suits. Just look at the picture they use. Real Leafs fans, miserable as they may be, are locked out by exorbitant ticket schemes that make it reasonable for only corporations to own tickets.
The RBC Center is just a joke of a selection. I guess it was "tailgating" that kept the Hurricanes from selling out Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Certainly such devoted fans wouldn't miss out on a hockey experience like that
As for College Hockey, the Beanpot is a good "experience" selection I suppose, but the Englestad? I guess nothing says college hockey like leather seats and tightly controlled media productions similar to NHL arenas.

Don't forget about the Cup banner raising ceremony at the first game this year - great seats are always available at RBC.
